Smart Banking for freelancers

The Brief

Freelancers are a rapidly growing segment of the workforce, and they face unique financial challenges such as irregular income streams and a lack of access to traditional banking services. To address these challenges, a new generation of fintech companies has emerged, offering ‘’smart banking’’ solutions specifically tailored to the needs of freelancers.

Design Process

Personas

The first step in the process was to define the goals and objectives of the Landing Page. In collaboration with the Project Manager and the Creative Team, we identified the goal of the landing page. Increasing the sign-ups for promoting new features from the app. Afterward, I created personas in order to find the needs and goals of the users.

Define

Since the problem was already defined I decided to move to the analysis part. To better understand the situation in the market, I have conducted SWOT Analysis on one of the competitors. I analyzed competitors’ key objectives, marketing profiles, and overall strategies. I analyzed the competitor called Lance.

Ideate

I then figured out the essential features that would make it successful and useful. I also mapped out the action that the user will take throughout the process of landing on the Smart Banking for Freelancers landing page.

Wireframes

 By outlining the landing page’s structure through wireframes, we were able to ensure that the final design would effectively convey the benefits and features of our smart banking solution to freelancers, creating a compelling and user-friendly landing page experience.

Learnings

One important learning is the significance of clear and concise messaging on the landing page. By effectively communicating the unique value proposition and benefits of the smart banking solution for freelancers. I learned that I can quickly capture their attention and convey the key features that address their specific needs.

I have learned that optimizing the call-to-action (CTA) elements on the landing page are another key learning. The CTA should be strategically placed, visually prominent, and clearly communicate the desired action for users to take, such as signing up or exploring more features because a well-designed CTA can significantly impact conversion rates and drive user engagement to the company.
