The Brief
The current home page is not effectively communicating the company’s value proposition and differentiators, resulting in a low conversion rate. Users also have difficulty understanding the process of digital signing and the benefits of using the company’s services.
Outdated Interface and bad efficiency from the main home page. With the team we evaluated the current interface of the system and identified some existing problems.

Showcase the document management capabilities of Penneo on the home page and provide an overview of key features such as document storage, organization, and search functionalities to highlight the platform’s efficiency in managing important files.
Empathize the security and legality of digital signatures through a dedicated section on the home page. Explaining how Penneo ensures the authenticity and integrity of digital signatures, instilling trust in the platform’s compliance with legal requirements.
Incorporating testimonials from customers on the home page to build trust and credibility. Real-life experiences and success stories can reinforce the value and reliability of Penneo as a document management solution.
Highlighting the ability to integrate Penneo with other popular software and platforms commonly used by businesses. Illustrate how Penneo seamlessly integrates into existing workflows, saving time and enhancing productivity.
Importance of the CTA Button in Enhancing User Engagement. The pivotal role that CTA buttons play in guiding user interactions and achieving specific objectives in the Penneo website redesign project, the integration and optimization of CTA buttons were of paramount importance.
